Shreya Rao is a Delhi-based adventure and solo-travel writer whose beat runs across the Indian Himalayas, from Ladakh and Spiti in the west to Sikkim and Arunachal in the east. Over the last several years she has filed trail reports, motorcycle features and solo-travel essays for Outlook Traveller, NatGeo Traveller India and Mint Lounge. A trained mountaineer, she alternates between long high-altitude treks, slow village stays and shorter weekend escapes from Delhi for LBB.
